Very professional and the work done is to a very high standard. Last time I was seen by Eva who was amazing. Today I was seen by Shelly who was just as great. She was very friendly, polite and explained everything very clearly as I got my teeth cleaned. Not to mention her assistant Iwona, who was also great. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. Very professional & good job done. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Plus they’re very customer focused & are flexible & kindest people. Thank you : Very competitive prices & good value for money. PS. The only constructive criticism I’d make so they can improve is the work was sometimes a bit harsh & rushed. I understand it’s a time restriction but my sensitive gums were inflamed & sore for a few days after scale & polish. Please be a bit more gentle
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Eva Vassilaros, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. Her approach to dental care is remarkably humane and caring. Throughout my visit, I felt genuinely cared for, as Dr. Eva Vassilaros consistently showed concern for my comfort and well-being. It's rare to find a healthcare professional who invests so much in their patient's experience. Moreover, her competence and expertise in dentistry were evident. She displayed a thorough understanding of my dental needs and addressed them with great skill and knowledge. Her explanations were clear, and she patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I understood every aspect of my treatment. In conclusion, I highly recommend her for anyone seeking a dental professional who combines compassionate care and exceptional expertise. It's reassuring to know that such dedicated and skilled dental professionals are available to us.
I went for a general check up as a new patient and Eva was fantastic, she didn't make me feel guilty for not flossing or not having been to the dentist in years, although obviously did stress the importance of both of those things. I also didn't feel judged for not knowing anything about dental procedures, and she explained everything to me well without making me panic - i'll be going back for necessary treatments and more regular check ups!
I have had to come in for a couple of emergency appointments now with Eva due to having quite a few complications/ issues with my teeth. I tend to become rather nervous when visiting the dentist but I really do have to commend Eva and the team on their professionalism, compassion and gentle work. Absolutely no pain when having injections/ extractions etc and she explains the process thoroughly throughout which makes me feel at ease. Would highly, highly recommend this practice.
Excellent service; clear and reasonable for UK dentists pricing; no nonsense. I went to another local dentist, felt very under pressure to have a lot of dental work, over a series of costly appointments. Eva said half the work was needed, and did it on the spot, with some great advice on things I can do myself to avoid the rest of the dental work, for a few years at least. Consequently saving a lot of money. My teeth feel so much better, I wished I had gone sooner.
Had my first check-up last week as I knew I had a cavity and was very impressed with both the customer service and prices at this surgery. I had my filling yesterday and was a little nervous having not had any dental work done before but I was made to feel very relaxed and it was a quick painless procedure and the aftercare advice I received was really helpful. I would highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone.
After previous experiences with other dentists, I have been left feeling rather anxious at having treatments done at the dentist such as fillings etc, which is why I must say that I could not be more grateful if tried for Old Kent Road Dental Studio - the ladies there are so friendly, and gentle and patient. They tell me exactly what they are doing and explain what is happening so I understand. I had to have a filling re done today and I was so nervous all morning but when I had the procedure done I didn't feel a thing. Absolutely the best dentists I have ever been to, I am so so grateful for them and I highly recommend to anyone. And on top of that the costs are really low too, so affordable for everyone!
Eva is an amazing dentist. She gives you honest advice and is genuinely interested in helping you. I have gone to her for a number things include cleaning, a replacement filling and a crown after a root canal. I cannot recommend her enough.
