I come across the Baglan a few weeks back through a family member, who then with friends had food there on one of the landlords speciality nights, Burger, Chinese, join the Facebook group to find out more. I personally went with family members for a Sunday lunch, it was amazing the food was hot and the meat was served with plenty of veg. The service is great Rob and his staff are friendly, with the cat in the lounge. They also run a AirB&B if your in the area.
Parked nearby and popped in after work. Fantastic friendly local pub/bar, really lovely locals, made us Geordies welcome. Will definitely return in the future

Since being taken over just over a year ago the place has undergone a massive transformation and with works still on going I can't wait for the finished results.....friendly atmosphere..good beer..fantastic food and friendly staff.x
