Miserable staff no reply to hello no smile just impatient look (no one else was waiting to be served so they weren't busy) then slow service. Couldn't taste the food as too much brown sauce (no choice to put on yourself). Table was grubby too. Sad as used to enjoy this place but won't bother anymore.

Dirty! Floor filthy as was my table. Waitress, on request, wiped my table over but had to be asked twice to do it and it was still dirty so I gave up. Bagels drowned in mustard/mayo - almost inedible. Won’t visit again!

Great location....but poor service. Waited 10 mins to be served and was at the FRONT of the queue (wouldn't be so bad but 3 people working and only 2 customers waiting for the order). Let you order a canned drink and pay, then tell you it's going to be warm as only filled a few mins ago-doubt it as been waiting next to the warm fridge for 10 mins....but did offer a glass with ice in! Then waited another 15 mins for my order and had to remind them I was waiting..... at which point they handed me my luke warm bagel which was just sat on the side.....definitely not coming back-customer service is an after thought at best!
