First time in going was a great experience.... but on the second time was the worst Iv ever had.... worst customer service I have ever had bad mouthed, rude staff made a complaint ended up with complimentary drinks and cake but after going in for them to give them one last chance was a complete nightmare ..... Never felt so uncomfortable from the moment of sitting down.... staff wouldn't stop staring, snide remarks between themselves.... even the chefs staring the full time of eating which was very of putting for us..... Very slow and laid bad service .... Informed manager which was working but he dint say anything to the staff highly disappointed..... Can honestly say I will never go into this store again

Lovely afternoon tea with my wife and children. The chicken and pesto sandwich was delicious, as was the rest. My children had toasties, which they enjoyed. I would recommend this location, rather than the Albion Street obe, as there's much more room and it wasn't overcrowded at all.

Generally good, although service can let the place down with less than cheery staff. Cakes are beautiful and the coffee is always nice.

I love it. Great food and great service but my five year old wasn't impressed by the children's menu and the lack of coloring pencils.
