Great little place. I've been twice, both to just get a hot chocolate. Sat inside and the temperature was so high that after a good half an hour the chocolate was still hot and delicious! I have a sweet tooth but I didn't need to add any sugar as it was just perfect. I'll probably go again this week.

The bagels are nice but I don't think I'd come again because of the rude customer service. I'm not asking for being extra nice but at least not slamming everything you're using and scream off my order when I'm standing in front of you. I might go to another branch but this one in speningfeilds, never again!
Great bagels and friendly staff. The prices have increased recently which is getting very close to costing too much... but this just means I buy 2 a week now instead of 3

Usually great customer service, but today saw inexperienced on one of the most busy days for shopping. Didn't seem to know there menu. Sorry guys, usually 5 stars but not today.
Stopped doing gluten free bagels a while back, meaning no gluten free options available. Just not good enough for a company of this size to not cater for dietary requirements. Poor decision and needs looking into.
I have been here many times over the past year and it's perfect everytime. Well worth a visit.
I simply love bagels. They are low fat, and I can eat them on the go. Yes would recommend a visit if you have never been.
