Went in to get some aftershave. Wasnt in stock which is ok. Went loo and they are vile. Been to better in a tesco. Also in the booze section the staff dont know a thing.
In-store experience horrific Traumatic I was verbally attacked and threatened by a Pakistani woman Near Chanel.she was swearing the most obscene foul language I never heard in my life! The humiliation Not one security guard told her to stop.she carried on torturing me swearing.i was removed from the store!.I was told by security I had showed myself up. Outside the store she showed me her behind. Her middle finger land stuck her tongue at me with her piercing s. She told the security of Victoria quarter I'm mentally ill I was thrown out of Harvey Nichols. Harvey Nichols staff blame me have not apologized. Their customer service agent put phone down at me. First I get sworn at attacked removed from store and called mentally illm. Now Vic quarter security watch my whereabouts like in the common criminal... I don't feel safe or find at Harvey Nichols. I will never go in Leeds.
Was denied service. Wanted to purchase a doughnut to go but was told that 'today' they are trialling not selling doughnuts to go unless you bought 4 mixed flavour ones. Staff was extremely rude and said they would not sell us a doughnut unless we ate in and bought coffee. DO NOT GO
I always make a point of calling into the store, light airy feel to the place, layout makes it easy to navigate around each department. Staff are always courteous and helpful, and appear just at the right time when needed! I like the small but carefully stocked food department on the top floor. Window displays are awesome!!!!
Store was clean and spacious - but that’s about it. It was very lifeless instore and the overall feel just felt dull. The majority of staff were stood around on their phones which is not a good look for a high end department store. One girl in the tiny fragrance department looked like she’s just walked straight out of primark with her appearance, very scruffy No wonder everyone was in the selfridges next door
Fabulous customer service by Hannah on the Laura Mercier counter. No pushy sales. Happy to showcase products, explain formulas and suitability for skin time.
Popped in the cafe for a flat white and earl grey. Flat white was watery and weak. You expect more care from this brand. Big windows good for watching people outside in the street.
Not Manchesters busiest store cannot be easy living next to Selfridges but some excellent brands.. high fashion.. For men and women. small food Hall no bar or dining anymore except a small cafe beauty hall is getting smaller but has lots of exclusives and in fragrance too always worth a wander through
Abusive behaviour, from the front desk man toward a member of public while on public grounds. If this company has any integrity, they will fire the man in question. Using profanity, and even threating a fight, is far from the standard expected from any reasonable company.
A very spacious store, there are a lot of brands and majority of the staff are helpful. The lift locations are an issue if you are not aware of the store layout and if you have a pram. The space and lack of customers can be an issue at times. Walking into the store and getting asked for help by several people can get annoying. Restaurant has nice views, very friendly staff and the food is not that bad.
