B&M is one of the more wheelchair friendly of the budget shopping options with beautiful wide aisles and most popular items at reachable heights. They also have a wide range for usually affordable prices and friendly helpful staff.
We love a visit to B&M loads of choices good tools section and best screw and nail containers in 3 different sizes.
Great value store. Within a retail park so you may not be able to park directly outside the shop, but definitely in the area.
I simply can not give enough praise to the area manager that was in store a couple of weekends ago. I think her name was Kerry apologies if I got the name wrong, memory isn't my strong point! There was a young man in store struggling massively with anxiety, he was visibly nervous and having a hard time. Not only did she help to calm him down but she walked him round the shop helping him the whole way, helped him through the check out and made sure he would be ok after leaving the store. This was way beyond the care and service that I have ever seen in any store and I suffer with mental health myself so to see this truly warmed my heart. She deserves the highest praise as an employee and what a truly great, and caring human.
Not too bad. Loads of stuff and cheap
I shop here alot. There is a great variety of products and the staff are always inviting and helpful
Absolutely love this store for many reasons. There is always a variety of items for home and garden including pets. I go for specific items and usually see other offers that I will or do already use or new ones that are great value. The food is reasonably priced and good brands. Garden and home wares are in variety and also good value. They have a variety of toys for all ages all year round too. Trolleys or baskets for use and parking is actually usually quite good. Plenty of spaces as it's in a retail park. My only concern is the car park is specified timing for visitors so you only really get chance of one or 2 shops depending on how busy.. There are several stores here including hobby craft, Next, Asda living, pc world/curries and a pets at home to name a few, with another store at the far end near Queens Park being renovated to be opening soon! If they had some system of car ticketing maybe a stamp in store to clarify you've been there, money off parking maybe for visitors I feel more shopping would occur for these stores. Also, town is close by so there is more parking available but you would have to walk a little with lots of shopping. Great retail park.. There are also cafes in at least 2 of the stores and a pizza hut restaurant and Costa cafe too!
Love B& M stores sadly they don't sell frozen or Alcohol in the one I was in
I like this place but customers clearly don't respect it when you walk round and things are on the floor dragged off the shelves - such as throws and pillows etc. Many shelves were empty or very low stock - but guess that is a sign of the current times. Helpful staff asked if I needed a hand to the car with my shopping as I had a large box and my hands already full. A very kind lad carried it all the way to my car. I consider that to be excellent customer service - so thank you to them.
What can you say about B&M always good for a bargain if its something you're after.
