I waited for 10 minutes for assistance in fetching a plant pot, and it appeared that management tried to find someone to help, Staff  seemed to ignore him on the walkie-talkies. Fortunately, Donna eventually arrived and she was exceedingly courteous and accommodating.

Extremely slow service and many staff appear untrained. Waiting 50 mins after in a queue of 3 people for a paint tester pot. Only 1 member of staff could assist. Would recommend another store in future.nnTo be fair the supervisor Freddie was eventually helpful and did have 2 challenging customers but the store definitely needs more support to operate smoothly.

It is a nice shop, really big for any kind of decoration or building needs, is a very big variety of paints and lights, the personal is nice and ready to help at anytime, big parking, not too busy, and in the same time is well served, had find all I needed at all the times, highly recommend this place

I just won a £10 voucher from Radio Jackie who is opening the branch today which is brilliant,  bright, spacious and friendly!nnBeautiful decor, with a good selection of DIY products! The plant selection looks superb as well!

Nice staff, good location but the options are limited compared to larger B&Qs.....example, 2 choices of bathroom sealent yet bundles of spare space on the shelves and lots of examples like that.....needs someone to take a stock check and see what else can be brought in to fill the shelves and give the customers more choice
