Just visited to shop for few items including drill bitsnPaint etc I’ve been waiting to be served for good few minutes and then security noticed my growing frustration and helpfully asked “what do you need” well to be served I answered.. then he has pointed his eyes to woman doing something few meters away so I have approached her to ask if she could help as I need to be served “trade account” then she asks if I have card which I didn’t so she has started her long monologue that I need my card and so I and on my answer was that due to construction that’s I’m doing near by I’ve been shopping in this store for at least three months and it wasn’t an issue… she said that rules changed so I have left and she was chasing me and that Texas ranger too and he grabbed me and I’ve warned him not to do that and it’s such a wast of time she appalling service that’s how you loose customersnShame I’ve bee loyal client of yours for over a decade hundreds of thousands pounds spend and one stupid person like that ruins our cooperation
