Unsure as to why so many low reviews.nThis B&Q is always clean and well kept, staff are all friendly and happy to help.nnI was unsure on several products as there is so much choice  and the staff were quick to help and give me in-depth advice on each product to suit my needs.nnOverall very knowledgeable and polite.nnI have also ordered online and collected in store and again great customer service.

Store is great for your general DIY goods! I came into store and they didn't have what I wanted however they managed to order what I needed and I collected it the following day. I was informed that the hours on google are incorrect. They actually close at 7pm on Saturday!!

Ordered click and collect bag of cement, they tried to give me broken bag. Probably the worse customer service on earth, finally got refund three months later. I would warn not using their complaints, or you will be inundated with spam. They also do not answer their phone. Appalling, and incompetent, welcome to the UK, hence zero stars.

GREAT STORE FRIENDLY STAFF - THEY CLOSE AT 7PM ON SATURDAY THEYVE TRIED TO GET THIS CHANGED ON GOOGLE WITH NO LUCKnnMONDAY TO FRIDAY THEYRE OPEN TILL 8nSATURDAY 8AM-7PMnSUNDAY 11AM-5PM

I Went here today ,staff were very rude and   No way helpful at all ,i will not be stepping foot inside this place  again ,its like walking  in to the ghetto
