A well equipped and well positioned shop - unfortunately we were left waiting for a while after our paint was mixed, but a staff member named Emanuela was incredibly helpful in looking after us after she noticed we were waiting
Received excellent help from Sandra regarding a nightmare shower rail rider/screw issue. She was incredibly busy with customers on a Sunday but gave me the time of the day, got me the products I needed to fix my issue and sorted out a quick refund for me when I purchased an incorrect product. Will visit again asap!
Great DIY store. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Good value, large range of products to select from. All in all great experience.

DO NOT get your kitchen from B&Q and certainly DO NOT get them to install it. Our kitchen got ripped out in October 2023 It was ‘finished’ mid Feb 2024 - we were 16 weeks without a kitchen when were were told “2 weeks, 3 tops”. We had to move out of home for Christmas as we couldn’t cook or wash up. We are in May now and we are still trying to tidy up the mess - look at the plaster job they did around the light fixture.nnWe are still trying to sort stuff out with B&Q. Chasing everything and trying to get things to actually be done has consumed our lives. They say everything can be changed until it is screwed in - this is just SO much hassle it’s impossible in practice.nnHonestly - do not let it happen to you! Go with someone who knows what they are doing.
