Amazing customer service. Some £20 wood was very near the £4 section. We thought the wood was £4, and having cut it couldn't just return it to the shelf. Very kind manager agreed to let us have it for £4 due to the mistake and the fact I didn't have enough money for it if it was £20. Excellent service, thank-you!

Today we went to B&Q for our flooring and we didn't have a clue what we were doing. We asked for help from a member of staff in the flooring department. His name is Chris, he was delightful and helped us through the whole process with what we needed, measurements and more. He was so patient with us and he was so charming and funny. What a refreshing change to other department store staff. He made our experience hassle free, just a delight. We will definitely be returning Thank you Chris, Thanks B&Q

This store has been transformed since the refurb, it’s clean, tidy and bright, superbly well stocked and every staff member I spoke to were friendly and efficient, full marks fully deserved!

Got to my local store, looking for some help and all the staff that I managed to find was very helpful. I found what I was looking for, and also collected the kitchen wall unit I had ordered the day before. The lady of the counter was very cheerful also very helpful.
