Rated against its own kind, it is pretty OK to be honest. Like all of these outlets the price reductions are good, but you might pay over the odds for the other bits you need. Such is life. Hard to dislike, but harder to love, it is what it is. Garden stuff, building supplies, insulation, bathrooms, kitchens, and lots and lots of orange and white signage. Enjoy.

Ordered new kitchen from B&Q...BIG MISTAKE!!!!. Found many issues and don't bother with after sale/warranty you'll never get through to resolve problems

Very unhelpful. Useless manager in store did not try to help me with my inquiry, will not be visiting this store again
