Generally people think it's easier to order on -line. In our case it is not true. We were able to see the product, arrange a quick delivery and arrange all this person to person. The transaction was quick and efficient. The bed was in front of us, so we had no worries about receiving the wrong item.
Very knowledgeable salesman. Able to answer all my questions. Able to try beds and make my choice. Delivery went smoothly and old mattress removed and disposed of. I was happy with the whole experience.
Came into store a couple of times with my son before purchasing. Spoke to Julie on each occasion and she was friendly,helpful and engaging. Answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to purchase. Will recommend to friends.
Your assistant, Vicky, showed me the range of ottoman beds, explained the differences and encouraged me to try opening them. She showed me the range of mattresses and encouraged me to try them out. I made my choice of mattress, headboard, fabric etc while she kindly made me a coffee and altogether made purchasing a lovely, new bed a pleasant experience.
Very good selection of beds. We chose a mattress online for my father and it was very good quality. It was ordered and delivered quickly and efficiently. Now he's enjoying a good night's sleep and less back pain!
There's a large choice on offer to suit various needs at a fair price. Staff were friendly and helpful and even offered tea and coffee which we thought was a nice touch. They were attentive but not intrusive.
Spent our first night on our new mattresses. “Heavenly” is all I can say. Unusually for me, I slept right through the night and i believe I have cured a very long-standing lower back issue.
Very helpful staff, not pushy which is important, and such a comfortable bed, definitely would recommend them. The beds look good also. Thanks.
