Was very good experience a man name Richard came over to us as we had brought shower tray and didn't know what fittings we needed he found us everything we needed and was very polite asked us if we needed any help with anything else was pleasant and also kept a distance will look for him if need anything again
Popped in Tuesday night to sort out a mistake from the night before, I was overcharged for some compost, innocent mistake, one iv made before myself. The young lady, Jodie I believe, was very helpful with sorting out a refund, very polite and friendly. Great customer service
Variety and big stocks at reasonable prices.
The store is nice and big, but finding somebody to help was a nightmare! Found 7 people who couldn't help as its "not their department" 20 minutes later finally had somebody answer the 5 tannoy calls, multiple phone calls and multiple calls on the headset. It should not be this difficult.
Some of the poorest customer service received in recent times. No one seems to be bothered about helping get their customers to what they need or prepared to supply advice. Felt like I was being seen as a nuisance.
Unlike other places B&Q still have stickers and directions on the floor promoting social distancing which is nice to see. Good selection and almost always has what I need. Polite and friendly staff
Customer service was top class. Spoke to a young man today, Ismail, in the kitchen department who was nothing but helpful and polite. Thank you again for your service.
