Good store, friendly helpful staff.  Returns policy is strick but they have to be to avoid being scammed as lots of people try it. I will return very soon

Rude staff, who don't know the law. They attempted to refuse my return stating they couldn't be sure it came from B&M. The box had B&M printed on it! The item was broken when I brought it. The manager was useless too. I now avoid the store at all costs, if needed I'd rather pay a bit extra and give my money to a company with good customer service.
