B&M is exactly what you’d expect from a great variety discount store. I popped into the Trowbridge branch just for a small item and honestly didn’t think I’d find it — but I did Very well-stocked store with a wide selection. Friendly staff, clean inside and outside. A really positive shopping experience.
Came into store today, v pleasant staff experience until I encountered Cody, the manager.nnI was with my three year old son, who has had a hard start to life. Cody barged past me in store and scurried off sharpish. No accident possible as he seen us coming all the way.nnYou don’t have an intimidating or authoritative demeanour young man.nnWord of advice. Humble yourself.
Phone line is useless attempted to call to check stock and you can’t even do that!?nSo please explain to me why you even bother having a “in stock” section on your website!? Months ago I hunted high and low for a certain crisp brand and couldn’t find them however you stated they were in stock! I drove over 10 miles to go in store with confidence and pick them up only to be greeted with none…nnYour phone line states you cannot ask store staff to check stock in the sales floor… that is wrong as I did so and they checked for me, none in stock however website states they are!nnFast forward to today and they are still showing in stock!nToday I have attempted to find them again in store, none available… TAKE YOURE “in stock” off of the website you guys are lazy as hell, won’t help a customer on the phone the only option is to hear opening times and apparently won’t help on store either!? What planet are we living on!?nnB n m will be getting no more of my money ever again and I will be taking this further with reports and complaints through corporate. I advise everyone to use home bargains! They are much much more helpful and actually have correct stock numbers! Likely hood is they actually check their stock and update the website within days not months!!!! Awful service as a whole from b n m and I will never step foot in one again!
Disgusting staff. Very rude. Shops falling apart just doing stuff with tape now apparently. And there’s pigeons all in here shitting every where. NEVER COME HEREnLady with silver hair very rude
Good store. We had a young lady with epic hair helping us today, and her till went down twice. You were great, don’t underestimate yourself!
