CAREFUL: This branch will automatically apply a late return fee of 10.00 GBP plus VAT when returning a car out of hours. I had a rental agreement for the Late May Bank Holiday weekend, pick up on Saturday at 8.00am, return on Monday at 5.30pm. I returned the car on Monday at 5.00pm to catch the 5.30pm train to London and return to work on Tuesday. However, Avis claims I returned the car on Tuesday at 11.00am which is probably when they got around to checking in the 10+ cars they had in their parking lot on Sunday night. Seriously dodgy but they must have made an extra £100 to £150 that Tuesday just by applying late return fees on all the cars in their parking lot. Be warned.

Very good service.  More cost effective to take out their own insurance.

Read the small print they don't tell u to keep fuel rec just fill it up. Then charge u for fuel

Good staff, great car, and about half the price of some of the other rental companies. Collected in Plymouth, Returned to Heathrow. Really quick collect and return.

Double the price for half the car. was shocked at the additional fees that you dont get from other companies. Europcar were loads cheaper...
