DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AS THE OFFICE IS NO LONGER WHERE THEY CLAIM THEY ARE. They have moved to the outskirts of Oxford to a business park. I had a car booked and they didn't even let me know of the move. No night time key drop off at the new office. They still taking bookings for the old address. Shame on the staff who work there as they were always very helpful and pleasant. The company are a disgrace.

DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE! This is extremely terrible experience I've ever had. The location is extremely bad. It shows the wrong pick-up location on the booking sheet. The address on google map is also incorrect, which forced us to spend £18 taking taxi from Oxford railway station. After returning the car around 5:50pm, we asked for calling a taxi back to railway station due to the suck location. We waited for 30 minutes OUTSIDE in a freezing night, and taxi DID NOT show up.

Been on stand by on the phone for 30 minutes . No one could be bother to answer or if this is not the case and maybe there was a shortage of staff you need more staff in order to be able to pick up that phone and assist your costumers . Ypu provide services so your most important part of the job is costumer service .

The address on google is incorrect, it is Watlington Road, Oxford, OX4 6NF. The Avis / Budget site is directly opposite the Lidl Supermarket.

Great experiences. I have been renting with them for the last year. And they have been efficient since then. Great service fast response and kind people. 100% recommended
