I had a positive experience renting from JS Vehicle Rental and would recommend to others. Booking through the website and communication from the company in advance was effective. On the day the process was straight forward and all checks were seamless, as well as showing through the process of how to operate the vans before driving them away. Value was reasonable and the van was clean, modern and worked effectively. A negative point however was that I was only returned part of my deposit for the van rental, with no reason or notice given for why this wasn’t returned in full. Van was returned as described with fuel but a significant amount of my deposit wasn’t returned. Something worth noting for the future.

Its service is outstanding.nnBooking is straightforward and I always receive prompt confirmation of my requests.nnOn arrival at the smart and clean premises, I'm greeted by a friendly and professional administrator, who goes through the paperwork carefully but efficiently.nnI'm then shown the car by another friendly and professional member of staff, who points out any existing damage so far trivial and answers any further questions. The cars I've had so far have been nearly new, with all mod cons and in excellent condition.nnOn return, it's easy to find a space to park and I simply drop the key in the out-of-hours safe.nnAll this comes at a very competitive price and, overall, the quality of service beats local competition hands down. I'm so glad to have found this company.
