I cannot express my dissatisfaction with the rental service at this branch, and I think that they've removed the reviews or re-launched their site to remove the negative reviews of other poor victims of their dreadful service.

They offer a drop off service for their vehicles, which I initially thought was extremely useful, but I was proved wrong almost instantaneously.

Having arrived a day early and unannounced, I was immediately concerned that I would have to pay for another day's worth of vehicle hire. 

I was assured that this wouldn't be the case at first, but as it turns out only because the hire firm planned to stiff me for more money unannounced at a later date.

Once the vehicle was finished with, I tried repeatedly to get in contact with them to have it retrieved, but no answer of the phone, no responses to emails. 

4 days later, someone arrived, again unannounced, luckily I was in the house, to return the keys. Having walk around it and had assurances that the driver was happy that the vehicle was in a good state, and that the fuel tank was full, off the gentleman headed.

1 week later, I'm going through my bank account to find that I'm significantly lighter in money, because this lot decided to hit me with a fuel charge without warning, which is £1.99 per litre plus VAT! Plus VAT for the love of Christ!

I'm starting to try and claim it back now, but I can only assure you that the previous complaints against this branch were many, and at times hilarious to read. They've clearly annoyed the living hell out of a lot of people, with unannounced charges being a repeat offender. I'm assuming that they have to do this to keep the business going as they're so atrocious at picking the vehicles up.

Don't use them. I only gave the business 1 star because google won't let me post this review with zero.
