We have been making hair & spa magic since 2001 with over 70 members (from 23 nationalities) of staff. We have experts for just about every hair, skin or body dilemma you may have. We are also on hand if you just feel like being pampered - we strive to make you feel that extra bit special.

The first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful  architecture and interior design. Such a lovely environment to be in. The staff is friendly and efficient. The full body massage and the facials are amazing. I have acne prone skin and the Aveda products soothed it all. The wash & blow dry service is lovely and the hairdressers are well trained and super friendly. The complimentary herbal tea is a nice touch too. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Didn’t think this place was wow especially when you factor in the money. I had a full body massage - the room was cold plus despite telling the masseuse, I did not want it firm but gentle, the massage was firm. Didn’t really enjoy it especially because it was cold!! Also had haircut but wasn’t anything special for the price. Average. Not worth its price at all. The only good thing was the convenience of having a massage and a haircut under one roof.

I had an incredible hair transformation with the lovely Angelo! I walked in with a rusty and overgrown hair style that was knocking my confidence. What should have been a project, Angelo was able to transform in hours with a beautiful set of highlights that I didn't think possible in one session, his careful planning meant no more brassiness for me and he finished this of with a lovely set of layers to frame my face.  I don't normally post pictures and reviews, so if you are on the fence about making a decision to see a colourist, I hope you'll consider an appointment with Aveda and specifically Angelo who is utterly passionate and keen to work with you to achieve your dream color, he is a 10/10.Thank you again Angelo, you have me loving my new hair and it has put a permanent smile on my face :.  Thank you to the very professional and kind staff who work front of desk, they were super accomadating and easy to book with.  I have been to many salons and not often I return but this is one I can't wait to go back to already!

I have to say this is the most amazing place i have ever had a massage done within London. The ambiance is definitely is up there. My therapists name was Kusuma, she is so lovely and welcoming. She made my experience so calming and relaxing. I did not feel anxious or worried at all in any way. She made sure to check that i was comfortable during the massage and happy. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions, she is exceptionally great at building rapport. I will continue to keep coming here for all my massages.  Thanks!!

Michael was wonderful and such a pleasure to meet. I haven't the best track record with hair dressers and am always anxious;  Michael not only took the time to listen and advise on the style I wanted, but really explained the styling process etc. I've definitely found the right person to entrust with my hair! Olivier was incredible. After a disastrous previous hair cut a month earlier at another salon, Olivier got the brief, made me feel amazing AND, unlike the usual experience of a haircut taking weeks to settle in, I’ve loved my haircut after the first wash. I had my hair cut by Nicki twice and it turned out amazing. Both times I've been treated like a queen. They gave me a quick shoulder massage and head massage during the washing, and overall made sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional, and I was impressed with the quality of the haircut both times.

Had my hair coloured here while on holiday on London. Very professional service and perfect match to my existing colour. I always use Aveda products and when i booked the salon even asked to contact my salon in Sydney to make sure they had the right Aveda colour. The girl that did my hair was lovely and did a great treatment and massage. A tip, they do free training haircuts on Mondays if you want to be a hair model.Service:&nbsp;Hair coloring

I had a curly blowout done by the very talented Naomi, I wasn't sure if the look I wanted could be achieved as my hair is naturally curly and very thick and usually would require blowdrying and straightening. However, Naomi's confidence and experience with curly blowouts on curly hair reassured me and she executed my vision perfectly, with care and attention to my needs! She was gentle and used curly-friendly products also. She's an asset to this Salon especially considering how early she is in her career!Services:&nbsp;Hairstyling

Me and my daughter  visited this hairdresser as we had had brilliant service with two wonderful black ladies years ago. I have been looking for a good hairdresser for years and thought I’d go back expecting the cost to be as good as the service I tried the hairdresser a few times thinking she’d get better and used to my hair. She did not. It is not good for natural hair and the costs she charges is ridiculous for the service. I feel stupid for paying the high costs and not saying anything at the time. My daughter was really upset with her service. My husband who I taught to cut my hair was much better and he is free.
