I received hair cut + perm from Senior Stylist June. I originally booked for hair cut, but June recommended slight perms - and she was absolutely correct! Within an hour, I got all of the following : Shampoo -> Haircut -> Perm -> Shampoo -> Final haircut. Service, quality, speed, and price were all excellent. Extremely satisfied with the service and I highly recommend June. Will definitely visit again next time.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
John has been my stylist for 3 years now and words cannot describe his professionalism and service! To add on, I’ve had to book with his other stylists when I book it last min, it has never been an unpleasant trip there either! All fully well-trained and keep their service top notch! My only regret is that I’ve not written this review sooner in these last few years. Be it perm or haircut, Jubilee has always been the solution! DO BOOK IT SUPER EARLY IN ADVANCE, you’ll figure out why!
I had a men's perm with top stylist Sue however it was not a satisfying experience. I showed her the picture as well as video and she was saying 'okay' and then I asked her if my hair condition allows me to do the perm style shown in the picture/video. She said she would try her best to make it similar. However in the end it turns out to be a totally different style and she said she made her own design on me because the hair texture/condition is different from the people in the picture/video, and she kept saying that it still looks good on meof course it would look better than before because my hair was not permed before. The fact that she did not notify me on the change is making me frustrated and I have to wait for a few months for another try. A responsible stylist should tell me that the hair style in picture/video is not a good fit on me so we can look for other options before the damage is done. It should not just be on the level of 'you hair looked ugly before and I fixed it, as long as it's looking good it's okay'.Services: Perms

Yoshie did really good job on digital perm. the best and really beautiful, and absolutely understand my needs. Recommend! Next time will still choose her as digital perm.
Had my hair cut men's medium length by Sho here a number of times. He's the best hairstylist/barber I've ever had - he treats his haircuts like both a science and art, while paying the most attention to detail that I've ever experienced. Worth the price!
That’s absolutely atrocious service I have ever had. Made an appointment. Hair dresser said my hair is too damaged so can’t do perm, fair enough. They got money for 57pounds for deposit for the reservation, but they said can’t refund for me it is because my hair dresser is reserved for 3hours for me, that’s also fair enough. But my hair dresser just got another customer in-front of me before finish our talk, and I tried to be calm and ask them “do you have any where mention about the deposit that you can’t pay back to customer when customer can’t get their hair done?” Becasue they argues first that they sent me the text and email about deposit. They say yes they notified email, text but I didn’t get any. Okay everything is fair enough as I don’t mind to pay the deposit. I politely asked them about deposit rule but the staff try to ignore me, angry at me even worse the CEO shout “hey just say to her go away” in a very angry way. I don’t know what was wrong with me. I asked them if I can get refund or postpone my reservation with my deposit for the later. He was very angry and make me some one have a tantrum.I wasn’t stubborn or angry at them, all I did was asking them and make me understand. They might earn money from the Deposit?
I had my hair cut over the weekend by the Director, costing £90. I asked for 3 specific things: 1. A trim 2. A few layers at the front only 3. Thin the back a little bit The hair dresser then proceeded to cut about 10cm off my hair, layered not only the front but the back which I only realized when I got home and now it looks like I have a mullet and also thinned my hair quite significantly even after I stopped him. I explained that if my hair is thinned too much, it’s hard to manage after washing it as it gets frizzy. He told me he was only thinning it a bit and continued to thin out the rest of my hair. To say I’m unhappy is an understatement especially given how much I paid. I now have to wait until the layers at the back of my hair grows back so I can cut it to one length. Extremely disappointed and will not refer any friends or ever go back.Service: Hairstyling
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER I tried several hair salons in London but here is the best haircut experience I’ve had in London. KumHee is the top stylish and she did my layers even better than the picture that I showed her. Thank you Kumhee I’ll see you next time
Got one of the best haircut and perm I've ever had in my life. Thanks to Anna who is very professional with an excellent eye to detail. Couldn't recommend her enough!
