I visited to have the wheel alignment sorted and the guys dealt with me straight away, very politely.  However, even though I stated they had not rectified the issue, they said that it may be the tyres or the camber in the road which may be the issue.  I took my car to Col Smith car sales in Northallerton and he stated the alignment was, in fact, not correct.  He duly rectified the issue and hey presto, no more pulling to the left.  Only three stars for ATS, though - polite, very polite, but failed at rectifying what I would class as a basic mechanical fault.

The lad here couldn't have helped me more, with issues ongoing over a few months now he would just pull my car straight in and crack on with the job in and, top class service.

The people who work here are really nice and do everything they can to get your tyres changed and for you to be back on the road. However, 3 out of 4 times I have been here they didn't have my tyres. When the company I work for used a different tyre company that never happened, to me any way.
