The staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere and wonderful coffee. It was extremely busy in neros today and all staff gave 110% as usual. It's lovely to see people enjoying there job as it lifts your spirits. I will definitely be going back. Well done guys xxx

Best caffe Nero ever!! Staff are very friendly and efficient. Coffee and cakes are lovely. There is a toy box to help keep little ones amused and a big selection of books to help keep older ones busy. Cannot rate it highly enough.

A very good coffee shop, a nice environment/atmosphere to have a relaxing cuppa and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I've only been in a couple of times so far, however I did notice that my table had been cleared, but not wiped down on both occasions - so don't know how typical that is.
