This is a large and well laid out post office.  There are plenty of cashiers and self service checkouts.  The staff are really friendly and male your visit easy. The whole store is on a level surface and accessible by wheelchair.

Went in to post some parcels, Simon and Martin could not have done more for me if they tried. The team are an absolute asset.

Google opening hours aren’t correct, can only collect parcels 4 hours of the day! If you work, say goodbye to your parcel

Probably one of the best post offices I've been to. The staff are really friendly and helpful, I'm really impressed.

This branch has changed its opening hours frequently in the past year . And even worse to close early on occasions due to ' incident' or 'shortage of staff', etc. The Covid gravy train is for the unprofessionalism & laziness. Never mind the inconvenience caused to the customers.

A member of staff named Shamsu asked me to go to another office because "system not accepting international post". I spoke to another staff who accepted the letter.  The manager is no better.  She knows as much about customer service as a Shamsu.  I posted 64 letters of which 63 were 100 grams below the maximum weight and one of them was 10 grams above.  She refused to accept it because it exceeds the weight permitted totally ignoring the other 63 letters. The excuse she gave was that they are not Royal Mail.  They are just agents!!!!

Queue outside to come in...  There is an agent that literally stands there and directs you to a kiosk or another agent.  It’s hilarious but at the same time really sad.  Can’t wait for the COVID “safety” measures aka laziness to end.

First Class Post Office - Often quite busy but the staff are friendly and very helpful. Good access to the self service machines and even treats for the dogs.. what more could you ask for from a post office.

Excellent service, friendly, efficient and so much better than the service received at Springfield rd, Costcutters post office. Shahid is great at his job and it was a pleasure to post my parcels at this central Windsor post office.
