Fabulous day out.  Just out of holiday times though so no queues to contend with. Expensive entrance ticket but with deals works out well worth the spend.  Fabulous range of activities that are fully engaging.

Queues, queues, queues. Charge lots to get in (£55.40 adult/£51.20 child), then if you want to jump the long queues you pay extra still (totalling over £100 each). Over half our day spent standing in queues with over an hour per ride - people around us didn't seem to be smiling much. Over 30 minutes queueing for drinks. Even small rides have queues. Owned by Merlin Entertainments who own many of the top UK tourist attractions and they aim to maximise money in and not customer experience.

Nice place. However be prepared to wait for most of the day. This is unless, of course, you pay double for access to their queue skip system.
