Unfortunately a - star rating is not available. I was standing in a long line of customers outside in the pouring rain for over an hour only to be told we are now closed I refuse to leave as I work long shifts and 9:30 to 14:00 is not adequate opening hours. Janette although no name badge on she asked for our account details outside in the street. We eventually got told to enter only to be met with an incredibly rude late middle aged person certainly not a lady name badge Tracey . To be asked why did we not get to the branch earlier I explained we were outside an hour before closing. They close all other local branches and expect loyal customers to put up with incredibly rude and poor service.
Went in with some old pound coins that I found whilst metal detecting to exchange them for new ones, the miserable old hag on the counter refused them before she even looked at them, even though I explained that other counter staff excepted them in the past, she called head office but sneaked to the back of the room where she obviously said they were unidentifiable, I asked for her name be she refused to give it to me as I wanted to report her actions to head office myself, when I called head office and explained what had happened and the post office excepted them with no trouble I was compensated the sum of £50 for my trouble, I detest going into my local branch and dealing with the two miserable older women that work the counter, the younger blonde haired girl is fine, but done mistake her for the younger dark haired girl that had made mistakes when depositing money into my account on two occasions... a truly shocking branch to deal with cleveleys, rant over I need to move banks.
Just shut bank in front of people not even came out to say sorry but we closing now, and there were people standing outside - quiet old well into their 80s .So rude and useless staf, no so fed it is closings
Wife waited out side 45 mins to be told that they were closing ,Told her too move banks awful service
Very rude and unapologetic staff, not impressed! Started banking elsewhere
