My longtime Queens Park drycleaners closed ; it's a bit of a walk but decided to try Atlantis for a selection of jeans ,trousers & a jacket. Very impressed by the efficient service and - most of all - the result ! Perfect - I'll definitely be coming back.......
I bought an old peacoat on ebay, which was very dirty, covered in lint, various stains outside and inside. I took it here for dry cleaning and got back a "new" coat. Very happy with the result!
10/10 SERVICE - I had some high gsm cargo denim trousers that I had real trouble dyeing black. I gave them to Atlantis and they managed to achieve exactly what I desired, on time and in perfect condition. Can’t thank them enough. Top quality people who love their craft and deliver perfect results. Couldn’t ask any more from them. 100% recommend. Thank you Atlantis.
The best dry cleaners I’ve experienced in London. Incredible service and attention to detail every time. There are several other dry cleaners that are closer to me, but I’ll happily travel for this quality of service.
Atlantis dry cleaned my wedding dresses and my husband’s wedding suit and they did such a great job. Really lovely and friendly service. It’s not close to us but was definitely worth travelling to! We will definitely use them again.
Amazing service! I used Atlantis for my wedding as I was desperately seeking someone to dye my wedding turban to match my wife’s outfit someone else had messed it up. They took a swatch and sampled it for me and then once I was happy, they did the dyeing process and absolutely smashed it! I was so happy with the job and would 100% recommend and use them again! Thank you guys for helping me look great on my wedding day!
Flew in from Chicago for a meeting in London. Had fantastic dry cleaning experience ....between my meeting and next flight all my dry cleaning was professionally executed and delivered in less then two hour. Strongly recommend Atlantis. Wish there were dry cleaners like Atlantis Dry Cleaners in Chicago area.
I brought two coats for dyeing in black last week. First, the price was super high: £120 for the first item and £75 for the second. The manager told me that the service would be excellent. This morning I picked up my coats. The one for £120 was OK. The second for £75 has been ruined. My jacket has shrunk four sizes. I cannot wear it at all. I noticed it only when I arrived home. I was not told when I picked up the items at the Dyeing shop. Then I called them, and they offered the £75 fee refund. I called them again in the afternoon, asking if they had any insurance to compensate for the value of my coat, which had been damaged, and now ruined. And they said, "well, we don't do that". I didn't have a good service, it was too expensive, and I would not use them again. Traders are responsible for care under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, where they must replace the item if it can’t be repaired. The person at the reception was friendly, but the services were terrible.
My Loro Piana cotton and silk jacket got heavily discolored and ruined by sunburn. I went to four different dry cleaners around Marylebone, Mayfair, and Chelsea/Knightsbridge. They all said the same: nothing can be done. Then, by recommendation through a friend, I went to Atlantis Dry Cleaners. After carefully looking at my jacket, the gentleman behind the counter suggested that we try to colour it back to its former glory. Picked it up a few days later and could not be more happy with the result. The jacket looks great and the overall experience - service, price, professionalism - were top notch. I live in another part of London, but will definitely come back many times to Atlantis Dry Cleaners.
I can't praise enough the service we had with them. We were in big trouble and kind of desperate with our wedding dress. When we started to call the wedding dresses dry cleaners specialists, we were told it would take 2 to 3 weeks and the prices were super expensive. We called atlantis and their customer service over the phone and their natural nice behaviour really won us over. When we left the dress with only 10 days to go before we were leaving, they did tell us they were not sure they could do it on time and promise us to confirm yes or no ASAP. They did the next day and promised us it will be ready by next Monday. The Friday before that it was ready. Only 4 days after we left it. When we picked up both the dress and my suit, the result were amazing and a smile and truly nice customer service at the same time made it even better. We were stressing out in all honesty and they just save the day. Price wise...very good too and the best of all the ones we contacted. I never leave review but this time they totally deserve on, they are the best
