Nice Hotel. Lovely Service and Good Breakfast. The room was clean and tidied daily. Stayed there for 3 days and overall a pleasant experience.Rooms: 5/5

It's what you can expect for the price and stars, but the cleanliness isn't the best... We had to ask twice for our sheets to be changed because they were visibly dirtyRooms: 3/5

t was horrible ! I was there with my sister and we had been bitten by so many BAD BUGS !! our hands and arms and also in our neck and face !! full of bad bugs bites !! it was a nightmare !! we had to take antihistamines and creams and still not gone !! don’t book there !! even if is cheaper and in very nice position but don’t go there really ! and they know it very well cause I saw, when at home, other reviews about bad bugs but absolutely they don’t care and they didn’t do anything about it !!! so PLEASE DONT BOOK THERE !!

Room was dirty with coffee marks on beds wall . Carpet was not cleaned for some time . Washroom toilet shower . The shower had scum all over it the soap dish above the sink was black with mould. Handle to the door of the Washroom was not attached. Carpets on staircase to room's was dirty and coming away trip hazard. Left key in room as there wasn't anyone on front desk. Would never stay again . KEEP CLEAR .

The worst place ever! Dirty and service is bad. We missed the flight on July 9th so that we have no choose to book here. Omg, our nightmare.. The price is extremely high 2 nights £628.56, I thought we will have good nights but When we with 3 little kids arrived no one is at reception around 21:00 we are so tired and we made phone call, the guy said 10 mins but after 10mins, we made phone call again, he said 5 mins but actually longer ….. In the room very tiny and dirty even can see the bug on the carpet I got bitten so many, oh gosh The building self is very narrow, no elevator. I swear I would never come back and this is not called hotel, it’s not the place for people to stay

Very bad. I was here 3 nights, my bed was broken told to receptionist twice, nobody cares. No room service at all. Lot of furniture is broken and sheets are not clean. Windows are broken, so you cannot open them and the worst, last night I found a mouse under my bed!!! Breakfast here are good.

Terrible place. Don't waste your time and patience there. First night they put us in a terrible room tiny, wall with bad painting and with the heating system that could not be controlled it was fully turned on, the room was very hot and one of the heating coils could not be turned off. Then they moved us for a better room in the first night. It appeared we would stay in such room, but it was for 4 persons we were 2 persons, so reception called me, stating that we would be moved to another room, then I said ok as long as it was not the initial room. Then we were moved to a new room, which was very bad, with the roof shaking due to the presence of guests on the upper floor impossible to sleep and no hot water in the shower during the morning. We ended up staying two days in this hotel instead of the planned four days. I had to cancel the reservation and go to another hotel, which I had to pay a lot since it was late reservation. Astoria hotel should be rated a maximum of 2 stars and it will struggle to achieve 2 stars, definitely not 3 stars as it is shown in booking.com.

This is my second time staying in Astoria Hotel and I am really happy on our weekend getaway with my friends. The room is clean and bed is comfortable would be happy to have one more pillow Easy access to transport and near to most attractions. Breakfast is lovely and filling and all the staff are accomodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend your place. Looking forward for another booking .

I paid £40 and couldn't of asked for more, impressed considering how cheep it was, very comfortable, clean. I'd recommended to anybody looking to stay in the Paddington area. No way is this place less then the 4 stars im giving them ! Ill be back

I was there for business event, the desk team was helpful but not worth the price, mostly when a member of the hotel team used a key to access the room of my guest. My company and I invited him for an event, his first time in London, loved everything except the hotel that I choosed believing the service's gonna be professional... For personal travel maybe if you don't mind about fire alarm or constructions near your window but definitely not for business travel except if you want bad comment and reputation about your companies event after staying there.
