Great for an hour or 2. Really enjoyable. We go to plenty of vehicle shows/museums and this place is just 'different' in the very best of ways, a very warm welcome is the first thing you'll get followed by the offer of any info you could care for of these marvelous vehicles. Has a character that the other larger/mainstream museums just can't compete with. It's all very hands on, touch/feel/get in/Inspect pretty much as much as you dare. Just be respectful as you do so. In a world of touch screen info, VR headsets and faceless audio descriptions all these are outgunned by the guys on site here. If you've a spare hour, a nipper, a vehicle enthusiast or someone into local history drag them along and have a look around and chat.
I enjoyed my visit to the museum. Plenty of parking outside and wheelchair accessible. Only open on certain days so check the website. Nice wee shop with memorabilia and books for sale to help with the cost of running the museum. Tucked away on an Industrial estate run by enthusiasts. Ongoing restorations of vehicles. Friendly staff. We'll with a visit.
Really nice experience for the kid. The museum is quite small but enough to enjoy the old car truck. A really nice flash back in the transport history.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Great place to visit next time you are in the area. The two gentleman on reception were wonderful, so helpful and knowledgable. We all had a great time and will be back for the bus rides.
Took me back to my past. A beautiful and friendly environment. The ppl working there were amazing and so accommodating. Would recommend to support this worthy cause of our history.
We loved it here. I really wanted the ice cream van. It was lovely. The men who were there were really pleasant. They spent time with us and told us lots of interesting information. We will definitely go back. A bargain for £4.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
A tiny little place with lovely staff. Won't take you long to look around but interesting all the same! What space they have is filled with some great examples of old buses, and other vehicles, I loved the old ice-cream van Entrance price was £4 per adult and I thought it was worth every penny, enjoyed my visit
Great little museum, with lots of exhibits super friendly staff, clean, tidy and well layed out and only £4 adult price. We visited today and we will definitely be visiting again. Our vehicle obsessed 3 year oldalso he was free because he was under 5had the best time and refused to leave he loved it that much. Most of the buses are open so you can sit inside and even go upstairs and even play driver!!! They have some amazing trucks, vans and bikes and even a very nice E-type Jaguar. For us this was 5 minutes away from our house so well worth the £4. Great to see all these vehicles being looked after so well. Keep it up
Great place with a small collection of Buses and older commercial vehicles. They also have a Birmingham Tram body, without its truck and upper deck, its a great shame it's not restored and running at the Black Country Museum.
Great museum local history. Cheap day out bring the kidsVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
