As a regular visitor to the garden centre and cafe, I have nothing but positive comments (wouldn't be going there otherwise).  Never had a bad experience.  Quite the opposite actually, all the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.   Love the food in the cafe and their lattes are always super too.

The garden centre and shop has much variety. A lovely place to visit and the all the staff are super friendly. I visited the restaurant on my visit and the food was delicious. A really nice selection. I usually go for the meat free option and there were options to satisfy myself and my friend, not to mention the scrumptious desserts on display. The staff were lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. 
They have a large car park and there are clean toilets on site in the craft shop.

Very good garden centre. Reasonably priced good quality plants.
Restaurant also excellent

Love this place
 It has a bit of everything... I especially love the craft shop and the coffee shop.

The service at Astbury Meadow is really good. The plants are in good condition. The gift shop is hard to resist.
