Shocking customer service now they have reduced the hours of the wonderful person they did have. They have been so long in dealing with my order that I am no longer going to use their online service and would not recommend them.

without doubt the worst website I've encountered and terrible customer service. I phoned once to place an order because their disfunctional website wasn't working again. Only to be told call back later they're busy packing orders

Had to wait almost 2 weeks for a product. I got told that it would be delivered within 3-4 working days. Rang several times being told different excuses. It's been sent, oh we haven't sent it yet, it's not in stock, it's not arrived yet, if you ring again Monday we will order it for you. When asking for my money back I got told this would also take 3-4 working days. I waited 4 days still no refund. Rang again and got told to wait a few more days or go to bank. Bank couldn't help. Rang once more after 10 days to then be told it's in process and have to wait another 24 hours. Waited 24 hours, still no refund. Shocking customer service and shocking company!

I've used Assetchemist a few times, but everytime there's been a significant delay in delivering medication I tend to use Asset chemists "Online doctor" which means I can get prescription medication without having to see my GP But it takes AGES to send the product out, with no warning as to a possible delay An item I purchased on the 17th of October has only just been despatched (November 7th)
