Very good service.Placed my first order with them online arrived with Royal Mail in few days with extra small cute samples for sensitive skin! As all products I have order. Before they send the package I have been contacted if I’m still happy to go ahead with one of the products as it recently change name and consistency. The woman who called me was so kind and worm that actually  made my day happy. Pity I don’t live near by could walk there just to restore my faith in profesional service and get a  bit of positive energy in a rainy day!

My husband and I bought our MBT trainers from here; they are hard to find.  Fabulous, personal service! Kind pharmacist, who even supplied some free samples. All are knowledgeable and customer service orientated. Highly recommend!

Great range of Roger & Gallet products which I have purchased for both myself and as gifts. I shopped in-store and it really is good old-fashioned service with very helpful and friendly staff. Shopping like it used to be and all the better for it!

Placed an order and received the confirmation email immediately but heard nothing else for 8 days. Sent an email but received no reply so phoned them on day 10 and was told I would be called back but this didn't happen. I ended up requesting a refund through PayPal.

I stopped by here to collect amoxicillin for my 3 year old who had just been diagnosed with an ear infection and was passed out in my left arm. Wit my right arm I was pushing my 4 month old baby in a pram and urgently needed to get the medicine and beat rush hour on the tube home.  Ketal, the pharmacist, rushed to get me my prescription but before handing it over he asked me a few questions about my drowsy 3 year old prompting me to keep a closer eye on her over the next 24 hours. While he was speaking to me, my daughter woke up and Ketal kindly administered her first dose of the medicine. Other staff in the pharmacy held my baby while I was trying to determine who would be better to place in the bassinet.  For a mum of 2 to be in central london when one has fallen sick, desperately needing to get home as quickly as possible and feeling completely overwhelmed, this pharmacy took time out to ask me questions which helped to calm me down and reassure me. They have a personal touch which is rare to find in the service industry today.  Thank you for caring!

Miss using this pharmacy as no longer work near there. Helpful advice and wonderful staff. The Indian religious music is soothing in the background

Ordered last week. Still not been dispatched. No reply to emails. Buy cheap buy twice.
