I visited the Aspire Lounge at the San Diego Airport terminal 2 today. Friendly staff and clean. Easy access with my PP. Before arriving, had a question about reservations for the Lounge not able to do so - walk up only. Received a prompt, informative and professional response from Jess with the Aspire Team. Thank you Aspire Lounge.

I have used Aspire Lounges many times and will continue to do so. On this occasion I had difficulty in redeeming a gift voucher on the website but the staff at head office were brilliant and sorted everything out in a single email. Very happy with the service.

Customer service at the highest level: efficient and fast. Absolutely amazing. Excellent and helpful staff at the longue. Good food. Vege friendly. Snooze pods are the fabulous option. Clean. Recommended. I ll surely use it again.  Thank you guys, you re doing well!

I had a problem with altering the times into the Executive lounge and had my booking cancelled when I tried to edit it. I didn't want it cancelling only time changing.  When I contacted Executive Lounges, Brian answered and sorted my problem out over a couple of telephone conversations. He was very helpful, very professional and very friendly. He is an asset to the company and his assistance ensured that I will remain a customer of Executive Lounges.

We were unable to use the lounge that we’d booked due to our flights being changed. We were responded to very quickly and a refund was sent back to my account. Fantastic customer service. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Great customer service from Sarah at Aspire, i made a booking for Manchester Airport which unfortunately couldn't be used due to shocking delays trying to get checked in and through security in 3 hours! Sarah sorted the booking for me and although we couldn't use it i would not be put off booking again

Spoke via chat to Sarah as our party was to big to book online. Sarah was very helpful and sorted our booking out. We are looking forward to using the lounge In April

I called customer relations at Executive Lounges, as my bookings via Holiday Extras had been cancelled at the last minute, with HE advising that EL had overbooked. This was proven not to be the case, and it was actually HE that had overbooked their lounge allocation. The representative I spoke to, Jess, was very pleasant, and very efficient. In only a few minutes, she had confirmed my booking over the phone, as well as by e-mail, and honoured the price I had paid via HE. Excellent customer service - thank you very much.

Everything can't be perfect all the time and when it isn't, you really appreciate when someone goes the extra mile to put it right. Sarah S is an absolute credit to the company, she responded to emails quickly and took the time to call me and fix my problem personally when I couldn't get through to customer services
