Visited Ask Italian for a friend's birthday and it was most probably the worst restaurant for service and speed of serving I have ever been to. Even though the food was good, we waited at least 40mins between the courses and each time we ordered drinks we didn't receive them until at least 20 minutes later or until I had to ask where our drinks were ( I had asked twice). And to top off the whole visit we had to work out who owed what for the meals ourselves, which took a lot of time because our bill was done incorrectly. In the end the whole experience was not worth it. Very poor service. The only positive part was majority of the staff was pleasant but not all.

The staff were helpful and polite. Food was nice . No toilet roll in any of the ladies toilets, one toilet wouldn't flush and they were dirty. The food took ages to serve up but I believe it's because of short staffing... The two waitresses worked hard serving and cleaning..please put on more staff

Service was exceptional. We were a table of 8 adults and 5 children. The Italian waiter was outstanding. He made sure the children were sorted. Food was delicious. Will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend to other families.

Not my favorite Italian restaurant . I find the food slightly boring sometimes in taste. But everyone that works there is so friendly. I've never wasted my food there so it's not that bad lol. They have homemade raspberry lemonade they make in house and it's the best thing ever. I just don't like feeling like I'm also in a shop with boxes of cutlery and glassware dotted about the place for sale.

Typical chain restaurant which try to pretend 'real cusine' Mecca. Food is good, Service was super-polite, but waiting time NOT. Basically bit to pricey but... Well, always better than Mc Donald's or Pizza Hut ;)
