Just ordered 3 meals from here, when it arrived, absolutely everything inside the bag was coated in orange grease, it was impossible to unpack without coating myself. This was due to the keema being packaged in polystyrene, which completely melted into my food and coated the other two meals in grease, one of which was a raw chicken burger. This is the third time in a row that food was improperly packaged. Not even interested in them sending a replacement anymore we did the first two times. Used to be a regular here, now looking for a new place with a bin full of food.
Had fried chicken today. Very bland, no flavour. Needs salt. Not crispy chicken. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Only positive food was hot.
Gentle man at the till was polite and friendly. Burger with chips, hot wings and a drink for £6 seemed to be the best value for money deal.Food: 4/5
Pizza was nice but a bit cold and the mixed grill starter was tasty but very oily, mum ordered fish and fries and said fish was dry and fries soggy
Last time I ordered from here the gravy tasted like an ashtray. It was grim. Put me off this place for life.Food: 1/5
Good portion sizes, decent price and fast delivery. The Pizzas are ok, fresh ingredients and decent quality nothing special however after ordering multiple times the 12 inch doesn’t look 12 inches and seems thin. The chicken fillet burger was very average, cold buns very little sauce and salad. The chicken wings are meh and the chicken pieces were horrible.
Tryed to ring for a collection got told to ring back as the guy couldn’t understand what I was say his next excuse was the system is down try again I told him can he please put somebody else on the phone which then resulted in the phone being put down I was across the road in the car and could see them when I went out and confronted then system wasn’t down at all so rude of them Parking: Parking is always full outside and hard to park unless you park on double yellow lines or wait for a space to come free
It's usually okay at Syd's but on this occasion the food was overcooked and extremely greasy, maybe the staff are under paid and just don't have the heart to put in the effort, but what ever the reasons for the poor standards on this occasion the fact remains the same I will be going somewhere else,.Food: 2/5
How an earth is this place still open. The food I received was absolutely disgusting and tasteless and also cold. Rang up to make a complaint and the staff were very rude to my partner. Absolutely shocking And I also was up most off the night very poorly. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone .
