Despite the great heat the greens were in terrific shape, which is more than can be said about the players. With no tap on the course to refill bottles this is a serious black mark, especially as there seemed to be a reliance on single use plastic bottles purchased from the proshop. Has anyone on the committee heard of climate change??
What a Golf Course, from the pro shop giving us useful tips about best places to hit the ball etc to the members that made us feel welcome. The course was immaculate and the green staff has done a wonderful job with the course. After finishing we had a few drinks in the bar which is very clean and tidy, the bar staff were very friendly and they have a great selection of drinks.
Beautiful course, old style clubhouse and very friendly welcome. I am grateful we played on a benign day, otherwise the course would be a real handful. Excellent

We recently played 2 rounds of golf during open week on this fantastic golf course.Having never played this course before I feel I need to leave a review to thank competition organisers, club members, bar staff and the club professional for making our visit a memorable one. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and professional and we will most certainly return. Well done and thank you.

Good quality course, challenging narrow fairways lots of pot bunkers. Green true and smooth well worth playing but need accuracy not length.
Great course, design, condition and greens. True traditional links course with a welcoming clubhouse, great food and a friendly and helpful pro. Well worth a visit. You won't be disappointed.
