Hayley and Trev, the current owners are awesome. Understanding they took it over at the beginning of Covid, and survived is outstanding. We had a fantastic stay for three nights. Clean, quiet, and peaceful was what we needed, and what we got. Definitely recommend them as everything was "Crack'in" awesome. Thanks from the travelers from Canada Rob & Lynn
Had a wonderful stay at Ashburn House at the beginning of May, Hayley and Trev were great hosts! Will definitely be our first choice of accommodation when we visit Fort William again and would highly recommend Ashburn House to anyone else visiting the area.Rooms: 5/5

It is so easy to give the Ashburn House a 5-star rating. This was the perfect 3-night stay in Fort William. Hayley and Trev were welcoming and engaging from the time we arrived until we left, Haley is amazing. Our room was very spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable and the continental breakfast has such a wide range of tasty options. Their location is an easy 10-minute walk along Lock Linnhe to the Town Centre which is pedestrian traffic only. The view of Loch Linnhe from our room was amazing. There are two types of cruises on the Loch; the Mountain Gondola up the Ben Nevis range is excellent with walking paths at the top of the mountain. We will return. Thank you Hayley.
What a nice and cozy bed and breakfast! We stayed for 2 nights at Ashburn house and it was truly like staying at a friend’s place. All the details are so curated and it is so warm and clean that I’d have stayed longer. The owners take good care of both customers and the place itself. You can walk into the city in 10 min along the lake shore and it’s just a 10 min drive to the Ben Nevis visitor center where you can enjoy your day hiking around all hiking levels!. If we come back we will stay at Ashburn House again. Rooms: Ours was a small room but the space was well organized Food & drinks: Great breakfast with all the details and home made jams
A great stay at Ashburn House. Fantastic location with loch views and a 5 minute walk into Fort William. Great access to the hiking and exploring the area has to offer! Clean rooms with a friendly service and a good breakfast.
Very well appointed rooms. Crisp white linen. Great shower.Congenital and helpful hosts who went out of their way to make it super comfortable for me. Very generous Continental breakfast. Try the venison salami.Rooms: 5/5
We received such a warm greeting when we arrived. The room was beautiful and were blown away by the personal touches. The bed is very comfy, the views are gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. Try the strawberry and blueberry waffles, you won’t be disappointed! Trev and Hayley took over the guesthouse two years ago and you can clearly see they have put a lot of time and effort into updating the decor and giving the whole house a fresh and modern look. We stayed in Room 1. It is by far the best guesthouse we have stayed in. We will definitely be recommending it to others and are in the process of booking for next year. Thank you Trev, Hayley and the team.
We spent three nights at Ashburn House and would come back in a heartbeat. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and are very open and helpful and the puppies are so cute! ;- The room was spacious, modern, tastefully decorated and absolutely clean. At breakfast we could choose from numerous options and were never disappointed.Rooms: 5/5
A wonderful location for a stay in Fort William. Haylee and her team do everything to make the stay perfect. The rooms are spacious with everything you need and even more. They really care for details and this is what counts. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast very good chose the 'Highlander breakfast' and you may skip the lunch .
