Amazing service provided for our baby who has been ill several times over the last few months. Seen really quickly and fantastic care provided
Good luck in speaking to a GP; let alone actually seeing one in the flesh! Even getting thru to reception is a major trial; which is a shame as staff / GP's do seem to try when you actually get thru. Referral request to specialist was not chased / followed up by reception team.
I feel very grateful to be a patient here. The reception staff work hard to solve issues rather than get rid of you. The doctors have been wonderful too. I hope it continues to perform so well and that the staff feel valued in their roles.
Excellent service.Receptionists kind,and helpful.We are new to the area and think we are lucky to have come to such a good practice.
The small lady with glasses who works in the dispensary is very rude not helpful and needs to respect customers .Myself and my wife have cancelled all our prescriptions from there because of this very rude woman .The gentleman was no better either . Moaning of short staffed and said if you dont like it here go somewhere else which we have.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!! All the nurse cares about is if you have had the Covid jab, not why you actually have an appointment!! Shouldn’t be allowed to force personal opinions onto us. Will now be leaving the practice. Receptionist was nice though.
Very clean, clinical - efficient & professional..Ashbourne residents are lucky to have this facility.
Nice location with ample parking, pretty much the same as most medical practices now ...
