What an absolute disgraceful practice. The attitude on the phone from Dr Watson's wife is appalling. You are timed and if you go over your 10 minutes you will be ushered out the door. No follow up or care shown. Find another doctors in the location. One star because you can't post without.
Absolute disgraceful the carry on in this practice and their attitude they wont call u back unless u pay 60 euros up front not every one can afford this my partner needed to see the doctor urgently but not a hope its all money money... Will definitely b taking this further its after happening too many times simce jam will b high lighting this bad that he will have to go through doc on call or a&e!!
This is the most amazing surgery with the most fabulous staff, so kind and supportive. They have been a huge part of my recovery through cancer treatment and I have been blessed with all they have done.
Terrible experience called the day before to be told turn up at 8.00 to be seen. The following day I get there and receptionist tells me they are not accepting anymore patient's which I had not been told the day before and after taking the morning off work totally disgusted.No Doctor should ever turn away person who is unwell.Warning not bother for new patients.
Thanks so much to all at Deerpark, My son had a serious infection which was looked after at such short notice! Thanks to Dr. Aoibheen, much appreciated....
