We used ASDA for the first time when we was visiting friends in Bedfordshire even though we live in North London we said it was the weekend so we will do shopping at ASDA for a change and we was surprisingly shocked on how affordable and the variety there was.
However this ASDA was the nearest super store near us and we said lets go back to ASDA and it was absolutely horrific.
The staff seemed to think it was more of a social club i can comfortably say our local corner shop is more organised than this store.
Nothing is in the right place and the shelfs have been so badly neglected its beyond a joke not to mention most tills displaying a hand written sign projecting cash only.
I can safely say i will never visit this store again and do not recommend it to anyone.

I have used Asda Ponders End twice as a click and collect point for clothing orders made online. 
I thought the terrible service received on the first occasion was a one off, but sadly not. 
I now know never to use this store again. The staff have a couldn’t care less attitude. They are unhelpful, absolutely clueless and lack any common sense or motivation. 
Both my experiences have been frustrating. It’s a no from me.

Asda needs to open a branch closer to cheshunt. 

İ will rather travel 15miles than ever go back to this store! İ have never felt my custome was unwanted this rude and blatantly.

Most of the staff just dance to music have social chats, shouting and swearing as though its just theirselves in the building.

The main person in this senario was the manager. İm not sure whether asda has insuffiecient mangerial training or that she was just a nasty piece of work.

There were customers with their families doing their weekly shopping and we were made to wait for self check out points instead of being servedand (only two were available) whilst employees were socialising a mere 2meters away!! Careless, rude, unirganised, you name it! 

!!!Such a same when theres so many unemployed people!!!!

Bring a book. Worst consistent checkout experience in my life. It never ever ever improves

No milk
No baskets
No plastic bags to put yr veg in

But you'll get some good reading done when in the queue
