It feels like manager dislikes doing his job, everytime you go to drop off parcel for hermes collection and if its after they have collected. They will say machine is not working even though I can see it working and I have been dropping of the parcel for past 2 years i never had any issue with another shop.nnThe manager does not have a sense of care or a thoughtfulness. Just want to cause inconvenience so they dont have to keep parcel for which the tesco is paid for anyway.nnUtterly disappointed
The new members of staff are very welcoming.nThere are normally fuel stations that are out of service so it backs up the traffic from the four Court onto the main road.nAs they also sell food for the convenience of the local people, they should have more of a vegetarian option available. And alsonReally should not sell alcohol.nAs this can encourage drink driving.nMaybe they should give out questionnaires to the local community or visitors and see what they would like to see more of in the store.
Decently stocked, nice little Tesco.nWould be nice if some of the staff were a little friendlier but generally speaking it’s good
Don't really use the tesco Express much but when I do. Experience is amazing as they employed matured individuals that know what customer service is about. Always use pump service
Possibly the most inefficient Tesco store you will ever be unfortunate enough find yourself in - always long queues, coffee machine filthy .if it's working at all and theres rarely more than one member of staff on till usually with another stood next to them talking - have even gone in there during a fuel delivery with one other customer in the shop and it still took me ten minutes to be served by the two sraff on the tills!!nAvoid at all costs unless you are really patient and have loads of time on your hands.
