Slow service - most of the staff friendly though but seem confused by their own systems ‘losing’ electronic prescriptions. Stock kept low resulting in extra visits with ‘owing’ slips.

slow, slow ,slow how many staff?? but still stand waiting 10 mins to even be acknowledged,no sorry to keep you waiting,you would think they would serve customers that are in the shop,counted 5 staff plus pharmacist

Absolutely disgusted, just tookmy prescription in and they refused to prescribe as I had an emergency Obe few weeks ago. I have no meds left so have had to go back to doctors wait for another appointment so can get another prescription or would have had to go to a and e!!! It's no wonder the NHS is in crisis..they are bang out of order!!! And all this being messed around on my birthday!! Do not go here for meds

Chaotic...Always mixing orders up loosing prescriptions...no one seems to know what they are doing. Complete and utter fail in most areas. Not going here again.
