One of our favourite outlet for fried chicken...very nice clean setings and spacious dining area. The staff Charlotte is amazing in recommendation and prep our takeaway meal. Some outside seatings for summer with ample car parking space. Keep up the great work team
This kfc needs sorting out the staff are rude, miss items off orders alot of the time. Management needs sorting.And the food is garbage for what they charge its a disgrace. Over cooked dustbin food.
Waited 22 minutes for my order while other customers came and went. Lad Owen never even acknowledged me until I stated how long it had been. Then he was so rude that even other customers commented. His manager attempted to deal with it but as we were leaving his smug grin told me nothing would happen. I have 25 years experience as a manager and I would never let my staff talk to customers that way!!
Please if you want your food to arrive complete, do not order from here through the online channels. Three times I ordered through Just Eat, and every single time, hot wings were missing. First time it was 4 hot wings, second time it was 8 hot wings. They weren't side dishes that they forgot about, they were part of the meal. They have got something against the chicken wings. If you call them, they mostly don't answer the phone but if they do answer, they tell you that they can't send you the missing items and that you have to come and get them, which is rubbish.nI understand that they will be busy and sometimes miss something, but I think they need to at least find a resolution to not being able to send the rest of your order to you. What am I supposed to do if I haven't got a car and paid for delivery? Not my problem that you were incompetent and could not prepare it properly.
It is the second time this year when I got food poisoning from the rice box at this KFC.nThe staf is friendly, they work hard, but they move so so slow ... definitely they need more people.nOverall it is a bad customer experience...nLater update:Well well welll... here again. For a reason or other I been back here, but I choosed to have a salad and a zinger burger, deep fried and fresh vegetables...right?!nNot a chance! The corn was literally rotten....nStay away from salads and rice boxes here!!!!!!!! Or just stay away!!!!
