Very good price for a non-supermarket filling station so pulled in to top up. Soon discovered that it was a squeeze to get in and out of the car when both pumps are being used. The gap left was certainly not thought out.nNot easy for the pregnant drivers, those of a portly nature or disabled!
Passed here several times in the past because fuel was lower price elsewhere. However this time it was on a par with others so filled up here. The only thing I didn't like was having to wait to pay in a queue that included shoppers in the supermarket so had a longish wait to pay while people's shopping was scanned.
Reasonably priced garage, very good selection of consumable products in the accompanying shop. I've never queued at a pump to fill up. There's also a cash machine on site.nThe only thing that lets it down is the staff, they're either chatting amongst themselves about their previous or future plans or are often to self consumed to acknowledge the people stood in front of them
Called in to local garage never had a problem in the 7 years have been going. As I had bread in my Basket and it was full my son was carrying bottles for me. When I went to pay the ‘supervisor’ scanned a bottle of wine 2 cider then refused to put scan the other bottles as I was buying ‘alcohol for kids’...... I explained that I didn’t want to squash my bread and it was just my son carrying stuff for me as my basket was full.nWhat a thoroughly rude and unfriendly person this boy is and I won’t be attending again. He made me put 1/2 the bottles back ...... then my son carried the bags to my car. Clearly needs to go back to college and study customer service!!!!!!!!!!
Petrol station that sells petrol. Unfortunately it seems to be a popular mini supermarket too so you end up with a queue of 15 so paying for petrol is a mither. Skip this place and go to the one down the road. Same price but less queues
