I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience in this store. When I opened the pack of raspberries I bought, I found a dead fly inside the container, sitting right among the fruit. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of hygiene and proper quality control. The raspberries were also mushy and going off, even though they were still within the date. Clearly no one checked them properly before putting them on the shelf.nnOn top of the poor product quality, the staff here are very slow and not kind to customers. They never seem willing to help, and serving shoppers looks like an inconvenience to them. There is no friendliness, no professionalism, and no effort to provide decent customer service.nnAnother issue is the way they make customers scan bags before buying the items, even though the tills clearly have an option to scan bags after the shopping is completed. The staff force people to do it the wrong way, which makes the process more confusing and frustrating for shoppers. It feels like unnecessary pressure and poor training.nnAltogether, this has been a very unpleasant experience.nI expect a refund and an explanation for both the poor hygiene and the unprofessional service. This store urgently needs better staff training and stricter quality control on fresh products.
Asda lady woth grey hair mole on her face i dont know her name stopped me and i have a toddler who was crying i was so much in tense i forgot to scan the 80 pence bag i told her that o forgot to scan them i will pay for it no worries my baby was holding a bottle of mogu mogu juice and she said is it paid? What an EMBARACEMENT for me i told her yeah you can check my receipt she checked and said i dont find it. I told her it on receipt then i find the juice on the receiptnThat was a huge EMBARACEMENT for me such a unprofessional staff
Extremely helpful staff at Asda Opticians. I suffer with migraines associated with visual aura. They helped me on the spot and went out of the way to carry out an eye examination. This gave me so much relief and peace of mind that my eye health is fine and the visual aura is due to migraine and not due to any eye abnormality. They were super helpful and supportive. Wishing them all a happy Xmas and a happy new year.
I just wanted to say you don't need the far end of manned tills because I've never seen more than 4 manned, but I've seen the self serve overwhelmed more times than is necessary. While 5+ manned tills have been collecting dust for nearly a decade
Rude and incompetentnFloor supervisor/ manager shouting at staff when there’s customers on the shop floor.nThere’s a time and place! Which should be out of customer ear and eye shot, they should also know what they’re doing before they come onto the shop floornVery unprofessional !!nOtherwise the stores not a bad place and would get a higher rating
