Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was a complete novice and had very little knowledge about what would help me quit smoking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, offering advice and suggestions to suit my own needs. The fact that I could sample products before making a decision on what would work for me was hugely helpful. Can't praise the staff enough! Top quality service and advice Left feeling really excited as I endeavoured to quit smoking. Since then I have drastically cut down and am well on my way to quitting. Thank you again! Definitely my go to for all my vaping needs.
Highly recommend this brilliant wee shop! Visited with my wife at the weekend after making the mistake of going to a store in Falkirk to begin our cigarettes-to-vape quitting journey. The two young ladies we spoke to Tricia & Lucy went out of their way to help with honest opinions, letting us try different flavours via testers in store and sharing excellent advice on devices and liquids for us newbies. Already been back for supplies, I won't be going anywhere else.
Very pleasant experience today. Josh and Richard always make me feel very welcome when I arrive. They have comprehensive knowledge of all products they offer
