Honestly, don't bother coming here for any meaningful shop unless you really enjoy self service for a full trolley, where there's no space to put everything. Thanks to the way it's laid out, it takes many times longer to pack and pay vs a manned checkout. Do you get a discount for this inconvenience? Of course not.
My wife found the Cadbury role reduced for 1.53, walking past the none reduced ones we realised it was 1.37 originally. They are liers tricking us to pay more for an older product. See picture for evidence

Purchased a product from which when I got it home was 50% missing. I telephoned them to complain and was greeted by a person from outside of this country. The person couldn't answer the problem as that particular issue wasn't on his script so I actually got nowhere and am out of pocket. To go back to the store to solve my issue would have eaten up around 2 hours of my time plus over 20 miles off driving so it would have ended up costing more than the product was worth. How can this chain stock their shelves with missing bits of their products. Yes I should have checked but stupidly I thought I didn't need to ensure all parts were included
I asked a grown man in a managerial position if they had a particular duvet in stock out the back almost as if it isn’t blatantly obvious I had already checked the shelf for said duvet he acted completely put out by this request and proceeded over to two other grown men in managerial positions unfortunately interrupting their very important bro chat all of which went over to the shelf to have a look - a completely different part of the shelf and sifted through the wrong duvet to conclude they were in fact out of stock. I pointed to the part of the shelf where the actual duvet I was after came from and instead of even looking over there or even better going out the back AS I ASKED he said “might be able to find in online!” Thank you sooooo much it took 3 grown men to help with that!!! Next time I will take myself out the back to look for it!! :
