Called into this store today and what a lovely member of staff we we served by. If everyone in retail gave such a bubbly charming and warm welcome as this young lady did, then the world would be a better place. Thank you Florence for making my day!

I believe I was served by the store manager (that’s what it said on her badge), Julie on the receipt. I felt as though she did not care for my purchase and was stuck up towards other staff members when they quite obviously needed help. I wasn’t apologised to for the excruciating wait to be served and when I mentioned there were no staff on the shop floor I got a blunt response with “well I don’t have any staff” I thought she was rude and she kept huffing and sighing and as a customer I don’t think this is appropriate service. I won’t be returning and have told all my friends and family to reconsider shopping in Next Rustington again. I have come in previously served by Tina and Paulina as I was a regular and always received wonderful exemplary customer service even though I didn’t have a receipt one time and had faulty items they didn’t treat me any differently as an oppose to if I was buying £100’s worth of items! Very very disappointed, maybe your store manager could work on her people skills it was very embarrassing.

Nice modern looking store that's easy to get to with a decent amount of free parking outside. Only downside is staff come across as some what condescending and unhelpful. When you approach the till to pay you feel as if your interupting the conversation that they are Having behind the Counter and are more of nusense than a valued customer. So nice store, shame about the staff.
