Had a fantastic assistant Neil help us on Saturday. we needed containers for kitchen and not enough on shelf, he took time to check and got some which were the same but different size they were reduced so we got half our container at a fantastic price he didn't rush us and was very attentivenThanks Neil you deserve a shout out hope your bosses see this
Unpredictable opening times that don't match what's listed on the doors or online, claims to be open til 12am but some days will close 30+ minutes early with no way of customers knowing. Clothing is overpriced despite no changing rooms to make sure you actually want the clothes, making it a hassle to have to return things, with blinding lights everywhere that are on full blast even in full daylight. Never listen to feedback of any kind, never respond to reports of things going wrong in store, nothing
Great selection of things to buy. I do wish they'd have more than 1/2 people on the till cause it's a very large shop that can get busy. Even at the self service bit you always need to get the staff to scan things and help. Adding a few more people to the tills would help this issue. Everyone who I've spoken to about this agrees with me.
