There is a lot of things I like about ASDA but mothers was a living hell !!!!!! When a shop offers a service what ever kind they should offer, they should be able to support and assist you with any problems you may have!!!!! They have a machine for pictures (pic of machine attached) you can go through your phone, tablet etc and yes it sounds good but OMG the whole visit I spent trying 2 get pics!!!!!! I had a frame and wanted to put 4 pics in it for my mum. 5 members of staff and none of them could help me. I even phoned the number on machine and was told to send an e-mail, what part if instant do they not understand??? By the time I had got them I was so stressed and running seriously late. I know a techno savvy friend and they had same problem, absolutely horrific experience and highly do not recommend! !!!!

Big store easy to find all products aisles r clearly marked. Plenty of staff around whole store therefore can always find staff if you need help they r aldo very helpful and friendly.

Didn't have zero stars as an option, so had to give it one star... Very poor access from the road, just for starters. Non-electric cars parked in the electric vehicle charging bays. Electric vehicle charging machines operated using a system that no other electric vehicle drivers use, so completely useless. Who was the idiot at ASDA that thought this up? Very poor lighting in car park, very poor car park layout, very poor number of spaces for normal customers yet huge number of spaces for disabled customers, (does Perth have an exceptionally high number of disabled people, if it does, then they were not at ASDA, judging by the extremely high number of empty disabled spaces in the car park?) Also, huge number of empty parent and child car park spaces... Cafe also completely closed just after 18:30, completely useless closing this early. Also tried to phone this store before going and could not get to speak to a human, just went round in circles with an automated answer machine that did not work. Eventually, after four attempts got put through to a human at a store near the south coast of another country, approx 500 miles away!!? Completely useless and a waste of time. Will not be back.!!!
